Accessible IP phone software

Hi Folks:
I'm trying to track down the name of a piece of software I came across
sometime in the past 6 months or so, that provided an accessible interface
between a IP (VOIP) phone such as the Mitel 5330, and a PC running a
screenreader. Basically it would allow a person to fully operate/control a
complex, multi-line phone directly from the computer, either speaking all
information via the screenreader, or through its own tts engine, (I forget
which it was, perhaps it could do both). It would speak all information such as
caller ID, which line had someone on hold, ect.
However, for the life of me, I can't remember what it was called and I'm not
having much luck finding it. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please let
me know.
