Good afternoon list:
I hope someone can help me; I don't know what else to do.
I have a new laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit; installed Jaws 11
and Jaws 12 Betta 64 bit.
I did a very stupid thing. I copied my personal settings for Jaws 11 and 12
from my desk top computer running Windows XP 32 bit and pasted them in the
personal settings on the laptop which is a 64 bit operating system. Now, Jaws
will not open even the sample music folder in Windows 7. I have uninstalled
both Jaws 11 and Jaws 12 from my laptop, gone into control panel and removed
any thing to do with Jaws and re-installed them but, I am still having the same
problems. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I can do to resolve
my dilemma?
Thanks in advance.
Marty
