Dialogue boxes

Dear list I have had to come to XP laptop, due to a problem I cannot fix, on
dell windows 7 desktop using Jaws 11 and Ms outlook, the problem does not
happen on this xp laptop, it did not happen on last years failed xp desktop
both using Outlook express, now a kind list member sent me a tip earlier in the
year and I put it on this laptop in a small folder, I fear it simply is not
working I am by now so frustrated, please can any person give me a quick
effective way out of dialogue boxes using windows 7,Jaws11 I have the tip given
earlier in year on this laptop and will send on after this, if that is OK with
