From what I can tell that may not be possible as both the default.JSS file
in the all users and user accounts have been over written and it's relying
on the default_fs.jsb to function, unless I've got it completely wrong,
which is highly possible.
If I delete them both, does jaws rebuild the default files automatically? Or
am I looking at a repair/reinstall of jaws.

Will that help as the default.jss files have already been over written? I
think I heard something about a backup of the original files being created
during the installation of your scripts, but I can't remember where it said
they were and what they're called. Can you enlighten me?

Yes it probably would do that, if you have concerns we have a zipped archive
of the files which can be sent to you if I have not put those on the site
already.

Thanks for the quick response, I do have VCTX_message, I made an error when
typing it into my original message, sorry about that.
I've also installed your playlist scripts recently which has created the
dummy default.jss file and renamed the default.jsb to default_fs.jsb, could
this stop the file from compiling if I added this script to the default.jss
file as it now stands?
I have to say I got a bit concerned when the install of your scripts
performed a merge of some kind and now all versions of jaws on my PC have
this dummy default.jss file instead of the full original one.
