I don't believe that this is a jaws function. I'm pretty sure that it is the 
standard way windows operates. As for jaws reading it I would suspect that 
it is the change focus event that does the actual read. the reason I don't 
believe it is jaws that does this is b/c my son uses the keyboard often and 
I know he'll just use the keys to go to named folders.
