[jawsscripts] Layered keystrokes and braille displays?

Hello,
Is it possible to use the JAWS layered keystrokes concept with braille
displays?
Either using the first layer as the insert=space and hten a braille key or
else a key combo on the braille display?

For example, I tried
JAWSKey+Space&T&Braille F5=BrailleUpCell

But this seems to assign the UpCell script to the Braille F5 key regardless
of the status of hthe ayered key.

I was wondering if I could do something like
Braille Cursor1+Braille Cursor2&Braille F5 ?

But i am not sure of that syntax.
Anyone have experience/success with this?
