If I had read more carefully, I would have given you the speech parameters. 
Sorry about that.
I think you will find what you want to see in the file called UserOptions.jss. 
Specifically, look for the function called vCursorTableTitlesAnnounce.

Thanks for the lead.  I need to find the speech counterpart to these 
braille variables.  I hate the Windows search.  Perhaps I will search 
the JAWS shared scripts directory from Vinux.  I am sure Jamel's FileDir 
could handle this as well, but I am not sure that would work correctly 
on 64 bit.
