Really don't think jaws really cares about the font, but it might prefer a
relatively common one, but I think both versions of helvetica are common
enough, but anyway.
On the other hand, when visiging certain webpages, if they use foreign
fonts, jaws does seem to not necessarily render them too well, but anyway...
