[jaws-uk] skype problems

As a matter of interest, have the Skype problems yet been fixed? If they
have, I am still unable to call out, or receive Skype calls.
I am receiving a message when I turn my computer on, "I need to sign the
acceptance agreement", and putting me in the form field. Please, does any one
have any idea to what is going on here?
