Hi Kevin. Indeed you made a mistake upgrading, but help is shortly on the
way. The are Jaws scripts for ITunes from the address below. The ITunes 11
version are still in beta stage, but even in the current state may help you.

Hi All
Recently I made the mistake of downloading the current version of Itunes.
It doesn't seem to be that compatible with Jaws 11. I keep getting stuck in
the Mini Player.
Does anyone know how I can get to view my podcasts again. I cannot find
anyway in the menus to get back to them. I can only find the link to view
podcasts in the Itunes store and then Jaws refuses to read that Itunes store
page.
I will soon update to Jaws 14 when I get the time to install the disc. Is
itunes 14 any more compatible with Itunes 11.
Is there anyway I can go back to version 10 of Itunes?
