Enter the data in whatever order you want. At an appropriate time go to "data" (alt+d). This will put you onto "sort" - enter on it Tab around and you will find ascending. Enter on it and job done. -----Original Message----- From: jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of adrian.rowe Sent: Tuesday, January 25, 2011 5:58 PM To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jaws-uk] question about XLS files Please can anyone help with this question? I have just started a new XLS file. However, I would appreciate if anyone could tell me how I can keep items in the first column in alphabetical order. As and when I insert new items to the list, they will not be necessarily IN alphabetical order. I would appreciate any kind of help.
