Hi Husna;

MSHTML.DLL ships as one of the components included with IE, in fact it's the
core library that Windows uses to parse the HTML since IE 4.0.  I would try
upgrading your version of IE, as maybe NAV doesn't like the DLL version that
ships with IE 5.5.  I know IE 6.0 SP 1 is available for Win ME users through
Windows Update.
