Thanks for that. One question "rolling back to IE7"? Could you outline the process? I am ok with removing IE8 but will IE7 still be there some in the bowels of the PC?

JAWS 9.0 is not compatible with Internet Explorer 8.0. You can uninstall this from Add/Remove Programs and roll back to iE7 instead. Regards.
