I have headers of all my emails exept the last email in inbox sent box and
deleted box

Hi,
I'm not totally sure what you mean. Do you mean you want to read the
subject of the bottom most e-mail in the folder? If so, as far as I
know there isn't a way. The quickest thing would be to press End then
you'll be on the last message and JAWS will announce it. Or did you
mean something else?
