  I've not experienced this problem, myself. And I've just gone into my Halifax 
web page, activated a link to an account, found the transfer link, then the 
combo box, pressed enter on it, and then simply cursored down through the 
various accounts.

  I'm using Jaws 9, but this also worked for 8. I can't go back to much earlier 
versions of Jaws, as I haven't had the web account for more than a year or so.

  But, for me, the site is 100% accessible.

  If you would very kindly let me know, again, the e-mail address of the 
Halifax person, I will gladly drop them a line.

    I did experienced a problem of jaws not saying anything when pressing enter 
on combobox for selecting one of the accounts already added, to carry out the 
option of transfer.  I hope the above explaination will tell you my problem.

relating accessibility using jaws.  

        The person responsible at Halifax, Clare Lewis, is seeking views from 
jaws users and her email contact is as follows:

        I hope users will try the Halifax bank websight and send views on 
accessibility using jaws to Clare for making necessary improovements for blind 
people to enable them use the websight with fewer problems.
