[jaws-uk] language detection

Hi all,
I am trying to learn Spanish from a website called studyspanish.com. I have my
JAWS verbosity settings set to "language detection, on", but JAWS is not
picking up when the text changes from one language to he other. I vaguely
remember that there is a way of switching between languages on the fly, without
having to go back into the JAWS options menu every time, but can't for the life
of me think where to find it. Can anyone help?
