Is there no shortcut to skip a table or go to the end of a table?

Hi
We have had this problem also, it seems not all the pages use the same
template, on approx. 30% of all wiki pages have the left hand table
in-between the first heading and the subject text, where as on 70% of the
pages pressing H then P a couple of times gets you to the start of the main
text but on quite a lot of pages you jump from the heading over to the table
where you have to tab/quick key loads of times before getting to the text,
we have tried a few things such as searching for text that is often in first
line, such as / where old English or pronunciation is often the next word
after key word on first line, or tabbing to the hiding link Jump to Search
which is under the heading then ctrl + down arrow to the text. But on a lot
of the pages we havent found a way around it yet. An example of a bad
page is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exmoor_pony
You can get to the heading level 1 Exmoor Pony ok but pressing P or ctrl +
down arrow takes you to the two hidden links below it then over to the table
before eventually getting back to the text.
Kind regards

Hi,
I'm perplexed about what you are finding so difficult here. I just looked
at a few pages and they all had a level 1 heading as the title of the
article. The start of the contents was a level 2 heading and the start of
the main part of the page is another level 2 heading.
In all these cases, pressing the letter "H" 3 times got me quickly to the
start of the body text. In addition to this, further presses of the letter
H took me to the various sections of the article.
Hope this helps.
Jamie

I don't think that would work since there is a variable length table before
it.

I am not sure if the top of the article is always going to be at the same
point on the Wikipedia page but if it is then you could set a place marker
there and could then easily navigate back to it. Let me know if you need
instructions on how to set this up. Cheers! graham

There is a level one heading but that's not where the article begins. There
is usually a table after the heading and then the article begins. Getting
to the beginning of the article requires a lot of navigation to get there.

No. Neither of these suggestions work.

Or just tap the H key for headings or the R key will toggle you around the
main regions.

Thanks
