Hi Susan, Jaws occasionally freezes. This doesn't solve it, but, starting
narrator by pressing control, windows, enter together sometimes gets jaws
speaking again. Even if it doesn't at least you've got sound and can restart
jaws from the desktop. I'm assuming you've got a jaws shortcut. Tom

Hi folks,
Using jaws 21, windows 10.
Only started back to jaws about 2 weeks ago but it is freezing at times,
don't know if this is anything to do with it freezing but it seems to freeze
when I'm copying and pasting. Is anyone else having this problem?
