When using Jaws 2021 with April update I get the following problem:
When opening outlook 2016 from my desktop to read my emails, more often than
not jaws seems to freeze and it takes 30 seconds or more for jaws to reload
itself but, even then when you try reading the message again, it repeats the
same behaviour. Has anyone had similar problems?
I have got fed up with it so have gone back to the February update and
everything works fine.
My past experience suggests that if this behaviour is not on enough devices
then the developers do nothing about it.
Look forward to hearing from anyone with the same or similar issues.
