[jaws-uk] jaws crashing toomuch

Hi all,
Just lately, I have noticed that JAWS version 4.02 seems to crash and it is
getting too frequent for my liking.
Can someone please suggest a way of reducing this. Would like to stop all
together butI know this is almost impossible.
hope you can help.
Also I am using Windows ME and outlook version 5(Where JAWS seems to like
crashing the most).
Also I have JAWS running as an application in that when I alt tab, I can
click onto JAWS (hope I have explained that last point clearly enough).
