Hi Francis,
All you have to do is Alt +F then press V, tab to Save In find the folder
you want to save it into, tab to Save then press enter.

One of the options in the file menu is "export to text". that's the way
you do it.
I have not come across that maybe I should send you the file for you to
convert it for me into text.
