First things first, have you been to get hold of Doug Lee's Skype 4
scripts. On the link below is information about and download links for
the scripts. It is clear at the moment that not everything works
properly as a result of the Skype 4.0 re-design and therefore it may be
prudent to go back to Skype 3.8 which at this point is more accessible
with suitable scripts from the same site:

Hello
I have a big problem, i would like to listen voice messages on skype,
but from version 4 of skype and using Jaws 9 and 10 I can't listen the
messages, before I had to press right botton and I had the option
(listen voice message) but now I have not that option, even when I use
Jaws course.
