Like most web sites the Audible site is complicated and needs to be learned.
It is generally accessible and most of the graphics are reasonably well
annotated.
Finding and downloading books from your library is accessible but can be
rather tedious particularly if you want to re-download something you
purchased a while ago. Ease of download is also dependent upon your browser
for example with Chrome you download a helper which you then have to find
and run.
The audible Manager I have always found rather slow and tedious to use. The
main window gets more tedious depending upon the number of books you keep in
it. It is only necessary to use it if you want to listen to books on your
PC.
I, and I think, many others transfer books to a Victor Stream or another
portable listening device. The quickest way to load books on to the device
is to use ordinary copy and paste. Remove the SD card from the device and
put into the card reader on your PC. Locate the book or books you want to
copy in the Audible\downloads folder and copy them to the Audible folder on
the SD card. Then return the card to the machine. If I remember rightly you
can do the copying and pasting via a lead ut it is always much slower.
If you delete books from the folder after listening to them you have to
remember to go into Audible Manager and delete them. They are still listed
even though they have been physically deleted.

Hi, I would also be interested to hear how JAWS works with Audible as I have
had very little success so far and it is so annoying since more and more
books appear to be being published only as an Audible download rather than
in hard CD format!
