    Hi Jane,
You should be able to get a USB key from any good computer shop. Since
your computer is quite old? make sure you get a USB 1.1 or 1.0 key, Not a USB
2.0 key.
I have not used one myself yet but they are very easy to use. Just plug in
in and copy the files across.

What version of windows are you running at the moment?

    Nigel

could I get a uskey or usbbmp3 from? I have lost several programmes and I think
it is due to the new version of AVG although Ican't be sure as everything was
all right until I had to install that damn thing now my computer isn't as well
as it was 12 months ago. haven't a new computer as

        Hi Jane,
Do you mean thee Brian May?

Sorry i am not sure what's causing that error.

You may find it useful to get a USB key or USB MP3 player to store them
on so if any things happens to your computer you have a backup. Does your
computer have any USB ports?

        Sorry i can't help more.
        Nigel
