[jaws-uk] another itunes question

Hi all
I am currently trying to reinstall Itunes 10.6.1 however, it is not accepting
my user name and password. It only says:
"incorrect or bad password."
What am I doing wrong? I am pretty sure I am using the correct user name and
password but how do I make sure. Is there a website or email service for Apple
that I can use to loggin or to confirm my user name and password.
I have tried several times but it is not accepting it so I must assume that I
might have the wrong info.
