Belinda, I'll go with Mustapha on that.  It just takes time.  Thunderbird is
OK, but Outlook 2007 ought to work, too.

Thunderbird is worthful as anMicrosoft outlook either edition, she just 
might be need to be introduced into more familiarity in coping her JAWS with

demands, according to other users experience, windows live mail could be 
less compatible than those, I still could be inaccurate.
But I  personally would suggest to stick with outlook, she just has to learn

abouta general guidelines in customizing her E-Mail client application and 
how to configure it properly which isn't a difficult aim to be achieved.
