Hi,
I administer the Cisco based VOIP system here at work, and i can tell you the
interface out of the box is mainly based on Java applets, and thus requires a
hell of a lot of use of the magnifier to see what is going on. The systems we
use here are Call Manager 4 and to some extent the virtual phone switchboard
attendant (though i don't use this as this is mainly on the reception).

I did contact them about this and the lack of accessability of the phone
interface itself, but not heard anything much.

This goes round most of Cisco's web based interfaces - most of them are now
based heavily on Java.

Thanks.
Andrew.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Voice over IP tel systems?

Hi,

Maybe I should ask this off list with S n S?

Anyone out there got experience or knowledge on how, say for example, a
Cisco web based interface for a Voice over IP telephone system might
work with jfw?

Kind regards,

Robin Clayden, Switchboard.
