Hello Joan.
I know there was a discussion of this some time ago on the BCAB list and if you 
go to your account settings on the tesco website there is a check box to check 
if u are using a screen reader.
This is sloppy design as the web page should be accessible anyway.
I am not at my computer Tesco, so I can't be more specific.
