I am using the latest version of Skype and all is well, you can download the latest scripts from 
http://www.dlee.org/skype/
run the mini programme and all should fall in to place.

You can get a list of help commands by pressing Insert + H.

Anyone installed the latest version, 2.3? any pitfalls to avoid when installing? anything to watch out when you start up? are scripts necessary? if so, are they easy to install or have you got to go through that convoluted compiling thingy? 
I use XP Home and latest JAWS 8 update.
Any thoughts and or comments very much appreciated.
