Hi Tom, I have just tried it again and it works for me, I will go through it again with you, Type Jan or January in B1 type Feb or Febuary into C1 go back to B1 then press shift + right arrow until you hear M1 then press alt + E then press I then press S then tab to Type then press F then press enter that should have done it, it has worked here again. Have a try if you need any more help I will be out the rest of the day now.
