I think I'll use C Cleaner and have an easy life! (smile).
I couldn't get something to play on a website and this message came up about
Flash so I assumed it might be the problem but maybe it was only an advert.

What makes you think it's a registry problem.
I've got a prog called windows live one care from microsoft which is supposed
to be an all in one virus and spyware protection prog, and cleans up temp files
and the registry. it's free for 80 days.
