I also had the training cassettes, and found it helped me to get to grips with my lovely new computer.

My first version was 3.5 using Windows 98. I thought it so sensible and I
found the training cassettes so useful.

Best wishes,

Joan.

my first shark was 2.7 talking to Win 95, as I'd wanted to join the
computer world for a while, because my husband was using one at home and
at work, and not knowing anything at all about it at the time, I thought
it was just magic, marvellous, liberating, have never looked back. So
thankful it opened a whole new world of enjoyment and allowed me to become
more independent in my everyday life.

Hi all.
Do you remember JFW 2.0 included on earlier JFW CDs? This was for
backwards compatibility so that for those running Windows 3.11 at the
time could still have a screen reader.

Jfw version 2.0
It was pretty basic, and the support from the vendors was pathetic.

Hello all.
What was the first version of JAWS you ever used? Mine was JFW version
3.2 on a laptop running Windows 95.
