Hi JAWS UK mates? Hope you're all doing well.
My name is Saaqib Mahmood; I'm a visually impaired (i.e. partially sighted)
person from Abbottabad, PAKISTAN.
I have an MPhil degree in Mathematics, and I work as a college lecturer in the
provincial government.
I have a query and hope someone over here would answer in depth and detail
enough.
Some years ago, I began upon learning JAWS scripting from a series of a
USA-based radio programmes, of which I had audio podcasts. Unfortunately I just
don't remember the name of that station.
And, I think I've also read through the Basics of Scripting manual available
for download from the Freedom Scientific Inc.'s website.
Last year, I also completed the MITx course Introduction to Computer Science &
Programming Using Python through the Edx.org platform.
Given this background of mine, what pre-requisite knowledge and expertise do I
require in order to be a successful JAWS script writer?
Are there any further tutorials and training resources online in this
particular area?
