Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my original message.
This is for Windows 10 as you thought, and I do have some limited sight so
was able to run ZoomText on its own at the time I had the problem, although
under normal circumstances I either run Jaws 2019 with Fusion, or Jaws 2019
with ZT 2019.
I hope this makes things clearer.
