Hi Dorothy,
Regarding greater than signs, I set my punctuation level to, some, as
follows:
1. Press JawsKey+j to take you to the Jaws window.
2. You should be positioned on the options menu. Cursor right once then
down once to the voices sub-menu. Cursoring right should place you on the
global adjustment item on this menu where you need to press enter.
3. Now, tab twice to the punctuation options where you will need to
choose, either some to prevent Jaws from speaking greater than signs and
other similar punctuation or none to stop Jaws from speaking any punctuation
at all. You do this using the up or down cursor keys.
4. Finally, tab to the ok button and press enter.

I have read your post several times in fact I recorded your last on my tape
recorder so I could play and follow. the laptop has the same software as
desktop. Laptop has TFT screen so does desktop. I have only heard jaws
read one set of points for example 110 or 120 but you mention 2 measurements
I do not think so far it has read 2 Width and height? Tell me re the
Pixels you mention screen. for a while I used a large CRT Phillips it was
big and heavy where would the Pixels be in a Cathode Ray to be? since the
glass of the CRT was not matt but shone back at me I put it in the loft. I
brought down the Samsun TFT I bought in 2002 November. I have noticed some
Engineers have a preference for CRT as against Flat Panel. Can you tell me
if I treat myself to anew TFT screen, and obviously it will not be the
shocking price the Samson was about £350 does the point I mentioned in my
last email throne I told you I heard in the Which Magazine matter re
correct measurements from centre to where the right part should be. I know
what I mean just cannot get it out. Desktop is playing up since phone
down server down all down including. So please be patient. Phil I need
also to know how to remove greater than equals and other unwanted stuff I
have the Email Stripper that Tiddy advised but then Tiddy said he doesn't
use it or outlook Express but Forte Agent I think. Can I de-spam an email
from friends that keep shouting Star Spam,there must be a way? Best wishes
