Hi Graham,

I don't seem to get the problem either. I tried it with JAWS 8.0.2173
and JAWS 9.0.467 using Eloquence and the speed was the same with both.
Is it the whole way through the document or just a particular bit?

Perhaps something crazy has happened with the JAWS 9 settings, and maybe
you could try doing a repair on JAWS? Run through the downloaded JAWS
setup again and choose Repair, then opt to remove any user settings.

Regards.

Hi Graham,

I do not seem to have the problem you are having. The Word document
reads at normal speed using Daniel. I tried it for about 20 seconds.

Cheers,

Norman
