[jaws-uk] Opening Links from email

Hi All.
I am using Windows XP and Jaws 9 and seem unable to open links from within
an email.
When I first tried it said something like, "the administrator has restricted
access on this computer". Now, however, Jaws just repeats the name of the
link and nothing happends.
Any help on this would be gratefully received.
