Hi all.
While I have not had this exact problem, I have certainly had problems with
JAWS 9 refusing to open some web pages. I got around this by installing
jaws 10. The demo of 10 will do as it makes some changes to the shared
components that seem to help.
I have also seen this problem when links are sent to me from some government
departments particularly those on the GSI network such as probation staff
or jobcentre staff. The only thing I can do then is copy the link into the
address bar or open box of internet explorer or firefox.

I have the same problem, Ron, using Windows XP with Jaws 7. My only solution
is to highlight the link, copy it to clipboard with control c, open Internet
Explorer and paste the link into the address bar with control v, of course.
