Thanks, Jim. The only option that applies is I think "read all messages in plain text" but it's unchecked so that shouldn't cause the problem. I can of course sort the problem but I just wondered what caused it. Best wishes, Joan. ----- Original Message ----- From: jim To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, November 24, 2008 11:44 AM Subject: [jaws-uk] Re: Odd Problem Hi Joan, If you receive them by e-mail, have you got your in-coming e-mail to plain text only? Change your setting to receive in html and that might sort out your problem. For the past couple of weeks these links are missing. It just says: "read more at" and then gives the web address but without a hyperlink and without even a new line. I've found that if I forward these emails to myself the links are there and so I just choose that option. I'm wondering why this should have altered in the first place and how I can sort it out without writing to myself. Best wishes, Joan. __________ NOD32 3636 (20081124) Information __________ This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. http://www.eset.com
