It's also happened to me when I've been on intermediate
verbosity.
Simply closing jaws and restarting it seems to fix the
issue.

If you have Verbosity set to Advanced, then it definitely is
not going to say anything. However, I have seen a very
similar issue with Beginner Verbosity, where I press
Control+C or X, I don't hear the announcement, and the data
has not been copied or cut. So when I go to paste, it pastes
the previous content which was on the clipboard already.
This is not regularly reproducible, and it only happens once
in a while, but it does occur.

I didn't think this one through properly did I? When I
select some text
then use control x or control c to cut or copy, jaws
doesn't say anything
but the text is cut or copied. It's a little unnerving.
