You might try uncecking the group by conversation.
Exit Outlook Express.
Go back in and recheck it.
Is it working now?

Here's hoping someone will be able to sort this one out for me.
I use outlook express and for some reason, for the last few weeks the
messages in my in box are not grouped in threads despite the fact that I
have the group messages by conversation option checked. This happened
