Do you have Received checked, from the View, SortBy submenu? Hit enter
on Received. As it's a toggle - enter checks/unchecks it. Either that,
or, from the message list, go into tools Options,
(ctrl-shift-o). Now, shift-tab; then right-arrow (once) till the Read
Tab is highlighted. There, hit the tab key three times, till
"automatically expand grouped messages, checkbox (checked)" is spoken.
Hit spacebar to uncheck it. Shift-tab to ok, and hit enter.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Message threads

Hi all,

Here's hoping someone will be able to sort this one out for me.

I use outlook express and for some reason, for the last few weeks the
messages in my in box are not grouped in threads despite the fact that I
have the group messages by conversation option checked. This happened
very
suddenly and I can't understand what's gone wrong. Any assistance would
be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation.

Valerie Pickles.
