How many months ago? I have recently had to force myself not to keep too many Emails due to OE, not having storage capacity above 2 GB, and 2000 in each folder, if you did then Emails would suddenly empty, However if you can give a rough idea of the month or date and perhaps the title I will look, assuming I can managed the Advanced search rules in Outlook Express, which are different to Outlook and which Steve Griffiths sent me.
