Hello Jim,

Yes, you most definitely can move your emails to any folder of your choice.
However the incident you illustrated below in your mail is really strange.
Because if you have moved the email to your inbox it should be in your
inbox. Do you know how to perform a search in outlook? Have your focus in
any of the folders, for example Inbox, press control and the E key to bring
up the search dialog box, in your edit field if you remember the subject
line of the email message type it there and hit enter. Give it a minute to
search, press tab a few times to reach the search results. Hopefully the
email you are looking for will be found in the search results, you can use
the down arrow key to know all the results the search has bought up for your
search criteria.

Hi Mujtaba,

After your message I went into the unread folder and found
several messages that had not gone directly into my In-box
so I sorted through them.

I went into that same folder this morning and found an
urgent message that had also gone directly into my In-box.
As my wife had the information requested withing this
message I could not respond so I attempted to move this
message into the In-box using the keystroke, Ctrl+Shift+V.

JAWS announced that it had been moved but when I went back
into the In-box folder the message was not there and it had
disappeared from the Unread Mail folder.

I've searched all the folders within Outlook but can't find
any trace of the missing message.

I assume you can move messages from the Unread Mail folder
to where you want it to be?

I'll just have to hope that company re-send the e-mail as it
relates to our forthcoming holiday or I might need a cave to
hide out in for a few days.

Hey Jim,

See if you can get to the unread mail folder in outlook, the
keys are
Control Y to bring up the folders list view. The unread mail
folder is under
Search Folders, use the right arrow key to open sub folders
under this.
