Thank you for the info.
I followed the steps but after oking, error message that email function needs
urgent attention and suggesting to activate the function.
I need more help appart from what you are suggesting as it did not work.

Tu turn off the certificate attachments created by AVG, launch the AVG
control centre, then tab to the list view and then down arrow till you hear
email scanner. Tab once to the properties button and hit space bar. On the
next screen, tab about three times till you hear configure button, then hit
space bar. On the next screen, you need to tab till you hear certify email,
uncheck that check box by hitting space bar. There are two of these, one
relates to incoming email and the other outgoing email so it may be worthwhile
unchecking both boxes. Then tab to the ok button and hit space bar and then
exit.

The clue is that you have installed AVG. The attachment is just a little
certificate to say that no virus was found in the e-mail. I am not sure how
you can turn this off, as it doesn't often happen to me, but I expect someone
will be able to tel us.

A problem of jaws reading attachments with emails even there is no
attachment. This problem have only started since I instal AVG. I am using
jaws latest 8.0 with outlookexpress 6 and windows media centre.
Please help.
