I'm sorry you are having such a hard time with Jaws.
It sounds as though you are having the kind of problem which Tris mentioned
in another mail.
I suggest that a call to the Sight and Sound support number would be in order.
Sight and Sound are the main suppliers of Jaws in the UK.

I forget their opening hours but some time after 9 or 9.30 tomorrow should be
ok.
If this information is wrong I am sure that somebody will correct me.
One further thought is that, if you are using Jaws 6.2 or 7, your difficulty
may be due to a lack of internet connectivity since 6.2 and later authorises
through the internet rather than via a floppy disk.

Hi there!
I have tried re-installing the jaws programme again. It all goes fine
until I try to activate the programme.
Then I keep getting this error message. Custom Locking not available! And
that the activation codes were unable to be unlocked! It then tells me to
change the settings! I am not sure what I am doing and I only have 40 minutes
to make my selections. Can anyone help!
Is there any end to my problems!!
Any help would be valued!
