It is located in the Verbosity options as an the first menu item.
or you could easier select the adjust JAWS options dialog box
insert plus V , press G for general options.
and adjust your Verbosity level to whatever you wish.
note:
In JAWS nine, this options is available to select from the startup wizard.
I'm hopeful that's helpful.
