[jaws-uk] JAWS keystrokes for Netbook

HI all,
Please could anyone giv me a list of useful JAWS and other keystrokes to use
with the netbook.
I have my netbook set to laptop layout but whilst this is the cae, I would
very much like to be able to move about the internet as efficiently as I can
on my desktop.
would also like to know please how I can change JAWS from speaking
characters to words, as the former is driving me potty and I am making a lot
of tryping errors.
Any help on this would be much apreciated.
