That depends on what you mean by correct.  I think this is one of those 
unwinnable arguments which just depends on people's preference.  I use my own 
version of British Computer Braille, as defined by the BCAB several years ago, 
and find this is best for my computer Braille needs.  I can't remember what I 
based the original file on, but it contains mappings for French E acute, German 
Umlauts, etc. which are all distinct, and in some cases look very similar to 
the French an German 6 dot equivalents, rather than just marking them a san 
accent with dot 4.

Interestingly, in JAWS 6 plus, (didn't try this in earlier versions), when you 
switch JAWS into grade 2, it doesn't seem to matter what Braille table you are 
using, so it is presumably using Unicode dot patterns in this case.

Pick US Unicode, as it will have the correct accent signs (dot4, etc.)
