Hi George,

I tried this. When I reopen the file and move to that cell JAWS still says
blank. I inserted the picture again to be sure and saved it this time as a
web page. On opening the web page JAWS says bit map a few times, then
Signature and that's it. I had Signature written in cell a1 and inserted a
picture of my signature in b1 and gave it the alt text PictureOfMySignature.
So JAWS isn't picking up the alt text if it is there.

Any other ideas?

Catherine
